Privacy notice for this website

This notice covers arivoform.com, the website you’re reading. It does not cover the Arivoform application at app.arivoform.com, which has its own terms for the organizations that use it.

What we collect

When you request early access, we store what you enter in the form:

• your name and work email address;
• your organization, if you give it;
• your role, and roughly how many candidates you assess each month, if you give it;
• which version of the page you were viewing (educators or hiring teams).

To stop automated spam, we also store the page you came from, your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used only to limit repeated submissions and can’t be turned back into your address.

What we don’t collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The light/dark theme and educators/hiring view you choose are remembered in your own browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Why, and where it’s stored

We use your details only to contact you about Arivoform early access and your account. They are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also serves this website. We don’t sell or share them with anyone else.
